We have our Raising Attainment Plan - cRAP - review this morning. Our School Improvement Partner - Hitler from the LEA - will crawl up our arses all over our data peering at it through a magnifying glass. He'll carry out his inquisition question, poke and prod. I'll be back when the ordeal is over and I'm feeling more human.

If this is anything like having OFSTED in, you have my sympathies.
Do you feel that these reviews/inspections actually bring about positive changes?
My daughter's FE college department had an inspection recently. She spent weeks making sure everything was as it should be - and they didn;t even glance at her stuff.
Good thoughts to you.....we have inspections at work and everyone rushes about making sure everything is as "perfect" as it can be. Half the time we never see the "inspectors" and then get an email stating all is well and what a good job we did. Christ.........
Well, eat some chocolate or have a nice glass of wine tonight :)
