This is a specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the stress that builds during the day:-
BREAKFAST
1 Grapefruit
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1 cup de-caf tea or coffee with skimmed milk LUNCH
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup of wilted spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Jaffa cake AFTERNOON TEA
The rest of the Jaffa cakes from the packet
1 tub of Gino Ginelli ice cream with chocolate topping DINNER
1 family size Supreme pizza
1 portion of spicy potato wedges - 1 of your 5 a day!
4 bottles of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
3 Snickers bars LATE NIGHT SNACK
1 whole Marks & Spencer cheesecake - eaten directly from the freezer Sounds workable to me! You in?

That sounds do-able...but I KNOW me...I wouldn't stick to it.But DARN I wanna lose about 20 pounds!!UUGH!
Just started a 2nd job,so after today went,I'll prolly lose it anyways.LOL
Oh,wait...for stress I have a pill for that.haha
I do think Tammi that it's more likely to make you PUT ON 20lbs rather than lose it ;o)
I've been doing this diet - but with the addition of half a pound of salted cashews and a large G&T before dinner.
Dammit. It must be the nuts which are preventing any weight loss ;)
This diet is severely lacking in veggies, don't you think?
I suggest adding a spinach pizza, a cauliflower curry and jelly beans.
That isnt a diet, its a lifestyle :-)
