5 questions from yesterday

  1. Why am I always sitting on the floor cuddling a crying child playing with building bricks when the head brings an important visitor around?
  2. Who's idea was it to have a staff meeting on Monday nights?
  3. Why do I forget to book an eyebrow threading appointment each time I have my eyebrows done? I know it'll hurt if I leave it too long! Never mind the fact that I'll end up looking like Bert, or is it Ernie?
  4. What did I do with the cucmber for snack time?
  5. Was an instrument table the best idea this week?

The bad news is, I don't know the answers to any of those questions.
The good news is, that there were only 5 questions.
Have a nice day :)

If the instrument table is what I think it is, then full horror of littlies having access to noise making devices has only just just struck me.

You poor woman!

1. Because you're a nuturing and caring person and that aint a bad thing at all for any important visitor to see in a teacher of kiddies so young.
2.pass
3. Because you're too busy thinking about others to wonder what's happening with your eyebrows. They're not a priority compared to the rest of your busy life. (I've never had the threading done but just plucking each one out is enough to make my eyes water lol)
4. I really do not even want to know what you did with the snack time cucumber, I'm sure that's entirely your business *blush*
5. Instument tables rock! Bet the kids loved it, hope you remembered the ear plugs!

Oooh, eyebrow threading! Does it hurt as much as the dreaded tweezers?

Re the instruments; great if you're 3, hell if you're not.

You are working with children, that is the best place to be when they come by. I have had worse happen.
Our meetings are on Monday as well, so it must be a "worldwide" consensus of muck-it-ups making that decision and the rest of us don't like it one bit
Yeah, I will leave the cucumber commenting to Lisa as well and want to know no more.
Instrument table? I will ready the padded room for you. I cannot imagine more noise in my 5 year old class. They are driving me nuts this fall, and I am waiting for it to get better.

I like Walker's comment though. At least there are only 5 questions. Have a great day.

oh and then I forgot the eyebrow threading as well.

I have done all three. Waxing is great, done in a hurry, hurts no more than plucking one with tweezers, my preferred method.

Threading is similar but sometimes requires more than one "tortuous" moment and is next to best (waxing)

Plucking- Ow...Ow...OW, now I am crying and have too many more to pluck.
