Two-sday

What does a girl need to do to lose a pound around here? WW - keeping to my points and yet I've put on 2lbs!! 2 frigging lbs! My first thought is WTF? How? When? What did I do? When? I can't remember what's gone wrong? Especially to put on 2 pounds.

TWO!
Disappointed with myself. Worried about what the nurse is going to say tomorrow.
BUGGER!

Weight does sometimes fluctuate - time of the month, that sort of thing - the body tries to find a balance. I'm sure you'll find it's disappeared again soon. Just keep the faith.
I find my weight can go up and down by a kilo or two - irrespective of what or how much I'm eating.

i don't know, i've never done ww but have a friend that did and it worked for her, i'd say keep with it!

I did WW for a couple of years and it was sure helpful. Now I gauge the things I eat and think "how many points would that be ..." BUT the thing that seemed to help me and my husband lose a bit was cooking the French way - and drinking wine. Odd, but I read a book called Why the French don't diet and unbelievably...we took that up and shed some weight.

Still, could just be a flucuation :)
