I think a visit is the number of unique visitors in a day. So for instance if I visit you twice in a 24 period it counts as one visit, but as two page views. I think...
It hard to explain how to insert a link without actually inserting a link - and Blogger won't publish imcomplete HTML! So here's a good explanation here...

if I put a link in a comment I just write the whole web address in. like this http://laquet.blogspot.com/ I can't do it like Fi did I am impressed with that and I would like to know too
