Friday's Feast .... what? You never eat left-overs?

Morning! Feeling a little brighter and not as sore :o) Amazing what lots (and lots and lots) of sleep and some whopping anti-biotics will do for you ... off back to bed now!

Appetizer
What job would you definitely not want to have?
Anything to do with any kind of sanitation! No details required really!!

Soup
Oprah calls and wants you to appear on her show. What would that day's show be about?
Primary school teachers and their shoe habits? Blogging and teaching? French dial-up and the detrimental effect it can have on your blogging?

Salad
Name 3 vegetables that you eat on a regular basis.
I am a bit of a veggie fiend; in fact, I was a vegetarian for about 6 years of my teens, an ovo-lacto vegetarian but the need for meat never completely went away and in fact came back with a whooshing rush one night on the way home from a night-club as we strolled past "Steak by Night" on the way to the taxi rank!

But I digress, 3 vegetables I eat regularly 3+ times a week ~ carrots, broccoli and courgettes (zucchini) BUT I also eat tomatoes, beans (all kinds), swede, onions, garlic (ah roasted garlic!), leeks, turnip, aubergine (eggplant), sweetcorn, chicory, fennel, all different kinds of leaves with rocket as my favourite, spinach, pak choi, sprouts (recently discovered peanut sprouts ~ good old Sainsburys), everything really! Truly a veggie fiend! Simon however doesn't share my enthusiasm, before we lived together his idea of a vegetable was tomato on a pizza! He's coming around to my way of thinking, slowly!

Main Course
If you were commissioned to rename your hometown, what would you call it?
Riverside ... yep you guessed it! Look at all that water! I live just to the left of that red circle, about 250 yards (uphill) from the river!
It's really quite nice, there's a castle, country parks, part of the Saxon shore way, a marina and the dockyards are a site to see!

Can you tell that long ago, in a galaxy far, far away ... I worked in a tourist office?

Dessert
If you had a personal assistant, what kind of tasks would you have them to do?
Could I get her to hoover ... or maybe just to hire me a new cleaner? And to do my marking :o) That'd be lovely!

BTW, I went and got myself a Johari window ... pop-in, take a look, tell me what you think, be honest!

*UPDATE* Gutted Dean-o didn't win but at least I wont have to kill Daksha .... I would have you know!!

I'm going with Fizzy and answering the Menu Questions too!

Appetizer: Teaching high school students in my old Melbourne suburb
Soup: Jake Gyllenhaal Reveals His Secret Crush
Salad: Asparagus, a new love. Mushrooms and Onions, fried in olive oil until a juicy mushy concoction.
Main: Nosy Central ;-)
Dessert: Dealing with the Swiss

Also, completely gutted that Peter won last night. He really should have been disqualified from when he was sick on the QEII. Not fair mate, Deano and Daksha did all that work that day for nothing. If it really all came down to the three plates of food they cooked on the last day, what was the point of putting them through their paces with the Marines etc.

Although, I wouldn't say no to being put through my paces with the Marines! ;-)
